These terms apply when you use novamaxs.com or buy from NovaMax. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and prices

• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include shipping within Canada and all import duties and taxes.
• An order is confirmed once payment is accepted. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is out of stock or a pricing error occurred.
• Product colours may look slightly different on screen than in person.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By paying, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

Product use

• Supervise your pet when using any product for the first time and stop using it if it becomes damaged.
• The Cat Locator Collar is a Bluetooth tag, sold in an Android version (Google Find Hub) and an iPhone version (Apple Find My). Each version only works with its own type of phone. It is not a GPS device. Location updates depend on nearby phones on that network and are not guaranteed in real time.
• LED collars and the locator tag contain batteries. Keep them away from chewing pets and follow the included instructions.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NovaMax is not responsible for indirect losses arising from the use of our products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Canadian consumer protection laws.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
