This policy explains what personal information NovaMax ("we") collects when you visit novamaxs.com or place an order, and how we use it. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

• Order details: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number if you give it, and the products you buy.
• Payment details: handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Browsing data: basic information such as pages visited, device type and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools, including advertising tools such as the Meta Pixel.
• Messages: anything you send us by email.

How we use it

• To process, ship and track your order.
• To answer your questions and handle returns.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.
• To meet legal, tax and fraud-prevention obligations.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with the companies that help us run the store: Stripe (payments), our fulfilment partner and shipping carriers (delivery), Cloudflare (website hosting) and Meta (advertising measurement). We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The store will still work, but some measurement features may not.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and warranty purposes, and then delete them.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing novam1613@gmail.com. We will reply within 30 days.
