Shipping Policy

Delivery time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 5 to 12 business days after your order ships. Large cities such as Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver and Calgary are usually at the faster end of that range.

Duties and taxes

All prices include import duties and taxes. You will not be asked to pay anything extra when your order is delivered.

Where we ship from

Your order ships directly from our fulfilment partner's warehouse, not from a store in your city. If you order several products, they may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you do not receive it within 5 business days, check your spam folder or email novam1613@gmail.com.

Address errors

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it before it ships. We cannot redirect a package once it has shipped.

Lost, late or damaged packages

See our Returns & Refunds policy. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we will replace it or refund you.
